Positions held in public administration

School Director Staff Member in Support of the Three-Year Educational Offer Plan

2023/2024 - "Aldo Moro"  School, Terni

During the 2023/24 academic year, I held the role of a member of the school director staff (PTOF for Area n. 1). In this position, along with other colleagues, I managed the Educational Offer Plan (POF), overseeing its annual review and update in coordination with other staff members.
I monitored activities related to the expansion of the Educational Offer, including PON/PTOF initiatives, and produced a summary of the POF and the school's regulations for distribution to families. Additionally, I supported the school leadership in managing strategic documents such as PTOF, RAV, PdM, and RS. I also participated in the internal evaluation team (a working group to promote innovation, foster collaboration in educational research, and spread best practices).

Chair of the School Commission

2010-2014 - Comune di Terni (Town Hall)

In 2010, I was elected Chair of the "School and Culture" Commission in the "East" District of Terni Municipality. I held this position until 2014. During this time, I managed the commission's work by organizing meetings and leading discussions on key issues for schools and culture in our community.

Each year, I drafted a proposal for the Council regarding the distribution of funds to schools in the area under my jurisdiction. My goal was to ensure that every school received the necessary resources to improve their teaching and their facilities.

This experience helped me develop strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the needs of schools and the community I worked in.

Combined with my legal studies, my role as a public administrator gave me a solid knowledge of school management practices.

Various Roles (student)

1997-2002 - "F. Angeloni" Institute, Terni

During my studies at the Angeloni Institute in Terni, I held several student representative roles at various levels; this allowed me to become acquainted from a young age with the needs of school administration, actively participating as an elected representative:

Academic Year 1997-98
Representative on the Class Council;

Academic Year 1999-00 and 2000-01
Member of the School Council;

Academic Year 2001-02
Member of the Provincial Student Council
(based at the former Provincial Education Office);

About my Montessori Diploma...

"Diploma of Specialization in Montessori Differentiated Teaching"

I obtained this professional qualification in 2021, issued by the Opera Nazionale Montessori (Italy). It serves as a teaching credential for elementary schools implementing the "Montessori Method" and it is recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Italian Republic under the provisions of Law No. 46, dated February 16, 1987.

My Language Portfolio

Italian is my native language.
It has always fascinated me, especially its grammar and its Latin origins. My love for Italian led me to earn a Diploma in Teaching Italian to Foreigners at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
I always try to improve my Italian by reading extensively, which helps me expand my vocabulary.
As my mother tongue, Italian is a fundamental part of who I am: it shapes my understanding of literature, art, music, and cuisine, and it deeply influences my cultural identity and knowledge.

In my language portfolio, I use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) criteria to showcase my linguistic skills and competencies.
